Manufacturer Defects:

If after receiving your product, you notice a manufacturer defect, please contact Brace Warehouse at info@bracewarehouse.com. Defects must be reported within the first 14 days from the date of purchase. Please note that snags, runs and holes are not considered a defect by the manufacturer.

Prior authorization along with a Return Authorization number must be obtained from Brace Warehouse before a defective product will be accepted. Once the defective product is authorized, given a return authorization number and returned with the proper paper work, the product will then be inspected and sent to the manufacturer for evaluation. When the results of the evaluation are received, an email informing the customer of the results will then be sent.

Returns and Exchanges:

Braces or items purchased online via Brace Warehouse are considered Non-Returnable . In addition, there are no exchanges and all sales are considered final.

For health reasons, Brace Warehouse can not accept products that have been worn. Products received without prior authorization will be refused and carrier told to "return to sender." Original shipping charges are not refundable.

For all other situations (with manager pre-approval), the following will apply:

If a Product is returned for a refund, the refund amount will reflect any charges in total order price due to changes in eligibility for volume discounts or free shipping offers.
A restocking charge of 25% will be charged for products returned for a refund and products returned without the original packaging and receipts.
The Return must be made within the first 14 days from the date of purchase.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
   

Please be aware, that returned merchandise can trigger state sales taxes. This is true even if the Web store has no in-state presence, according to a California court. The ruling is likely to have an impact in other states.
